対応やサービスは大変好感が持てました。施設は古くベットは狭くへたれあり、浴室狭く段差高く、部屋薄暗い感じ、椅子が黒い合成皮？異様に大きくのけぞりデスク環億としては使いずらかった。改装中にて綺麗になったら良くなるのかもしれませんが。

ショップのクリスマスパーティーで、飲酒するため会場近くのこ のホテルを利用しました。
駅近くなので、車の音がうるさいと思いましたが、とても静かで、快適にすごせました。
朝食も、しっかり食べれてとてもよかったです。
また来年も利用したいと思います。

外観よりは中身はGOODです♪
駐車場が隣接しており約30台位止められる。ちょうど空いていたから良かったが、空いていないと不便ですね。
2Fにフロントとレストランがあり、お値段は高いが美味しい物が食べられました。
チェックインの際にお水が貰えます♪
Wi-Fiは繋がりずらいですね…

Great hotel in Mito Ibaraki!
I very much enjoyed my stay here. The hotel room and bathroom were clean and decent in size which made my stay very comfortable. This hotel also offers free breakfast and you get to choose between a traditional Japanese breakfast or a European style breakfast.

アットホームな感じなホテル
仕事で宿泊しました。水戸駅から徒歩10分強でしょうか。
水戸は想像以上に駅前以外何もなくて。。。ただホテルのすぐ斜め前に地元でも人気の居酒屋がありました。
朝食はバイキングではなく選ぶシステムでしたが量も多くて満足。
部屋の窓が開けられるのですが、止める部分がなくなっていて風で何度もバタンバタンと音を立ててしまいました。
従業員の方はみんなとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
