"Aslında otelden çok kiralık oda demek mümkün. 2+1 bir geniş bir odada konakladık. İhtiyaç olabilecek herşey düşünülmüş. Temizlik mükemmel. Tesisin altında Migros, A101, BIM vb marketlerin olması süperdi. Mutfağa anlamsızca depolama yapmaya gerek yok. Canınız ne isterse hemen alt kattakı marketlerden temin edebilirsiniz. "We liked our stay, the unit is big enough, tidy and clean, all bedsheets and towels were clean too, the hosts are very kind and helpful, always smiling which make you feel good when you enter the apartment, the price is very affordable for the good location too, many convenient store near by, I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet place in good location "

Die Tochter des Inhabers war sehr zuvorkommend sie ist auf unsere Wünsche direkt eingegangen und hat alles für uns gemacht das wir uns wohl fühlen. "5 gece konakladık ve kaldığımız daireden memnun kaldık. Evin kendisini de güzel inşa etmişler dışarıdan güzel görünüyor ve balkonda oturup yemek yemek keyifliydi. Hijyen açısından ortalamaydı rahatsızlık duymadık ama daha iyi de olabilirdi. Otopark yok kapının önü de hep doluydu arabayı arka sokağa park ettik. hotels.com'un "otelde öde" seçeneği olmasına rağmen önceden parayı çekmek istedikleri için gitmeden ödemenin bir kısmını yaptık. "The location is very good. Many shops nearby, public parking space, the Ören beach was awesome and free. There was a tiny kitchen with kettle and a large place to eat outside with their provided table and chairs (That is a good plus). The place was free of mosquitos and they had mosquito nets. We stayed in 3 bedroom place, note that the beds are good if you are two people, but the 3rd bed in one of the rooms was a sofa bed -that can be opened- was not prepared before our arrival. "To start with the room was not what we booked, we booked a sea view room and ended up with a street view room! The electricity key was broken, it was a challenge to put the key in to have the electricity to work. Was quite noisy as well. The smell from the toilet was disgusting, we told the receptionist but as they didn't speak English, they didn't do anything about it! The hotel is really old and can benefit from some modernisation and maintenance. To be honest the property is not worth the price we paid, I would not book it again and advise against it."

"A lovely boutique hotel in Cunda within walking distance to the marina, restaurants, market. Parking across the street. Delicious Turkish breakfast with generous serves. Staff were friendly and courteous. The standard room was a little small but comfortable. I’m sorry I don’t speak Turkish to thank them for our short but enjoyable stay. Cunda is quiet and relaxing away from the busy-ness of Ayvalik and a short distance further if thinking about a stopover. Make sure you go to Tas Kahve for Turkish coffee or gelato and watch the coffee beans being ground by a handsome Turkish man lifting a 33 kg weight!"
