"Absolutely delightful place to stay in Punakaiki. From the delicious meal in the restaurant to sipping wine in the bar. Followed by an amazing sunset and views from our rooms balcony.
We could not fault this lovely accommodation, we just wished we could have stayed longer.
Compliments to the friendly and helpful staff too. They certainly made us feel at home."
"I stayed 1 night here with family and really enjoyed it. We arrrived just at sun set and the owner met us. We went straight to the beach from the property via a forest track where you can watch the sunset. We had a large self catering cottage to ourselves and our room was ensuite. Very pleasant stay and really quiet location. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again."

"Nice clean property with decent view of ocean. Has amazing sunsets. Recommend owner add scrubber sponge for dish washing, more hand towels, and dish towels. Also recommend better labels on rubbish, recycle and compost bins because it was a total guess on how to distribute waste. Very good remote property, some highway noise but limited to occasional vehicles. Would definitely stay there again. "
