"The room was clean and the location felt safe. The layout of the hotel is problematic- there are rooms on the first floor right next to the lobby - if you have a room in this location, you will hear everything that happens on the lobby. With the exception of one lady, everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Breakfast ladies were amazing! The room description on Hotels.com does not match the room description of the hotel. If you aren’t booking directly through the hotel, you may have problems. Including my own, there were three that I know that occurred during my stay. Due to the terrible room location and not getting the type of room I selected, I cut my stay short to stay at a different hotel. If I am ever in the area again, I probably won’t be back because the other hotel was so amazing."
