"Our room was fantastic. We had a great view and it was spacious. However, we asked for our room to be refreshed and were told it would be done the next day. It was not. We were able to get fresh towels, but we were there for 6 nights and our room was not refreshed even after requesting it be done. The pool was great and the swim up bar was nice. We ordered food while at the pool and it arrived quickly and was hot. Overall, it's a nice hotel with very nice rooms, a great Sports Book lounge, good restaurants and clean casino."

"We absolutely love staying at The Palace Casino in Biloxi. The rooms are very nice, the staff is super friendly and there is no smoking allowed anywhere. And, to be honest, the main reason we go is not for the gambling but for the buffet. It's amazing. The pasta bar and Asian bar is outstanding and worth the drive from Florida for us."

"The room was nice and clean, and the property was just as nice. Staff was overall verry nice. I had an issue with the cleaning lady. She very rudely informed me that I was to get my towels from housekeeping. She did breakdown and give me a couple, so why be rude if your going to give them anyway. Casino was exciting."
