"When I booked the room I paid for a balcony and it was to my surprise that we didn’t have a balcony. In fact the lady at the desk told me after we got in the room that the whole building didn’t come w a balcony. That was a huge disappointment. The staff was alright. The girl at the desk had a wrinkled shirt though and overall I just felt that the staff could have been over all more professional & have better etiquette. "

"The room was run down and needs a full renovation. The lamp shades were wobbly, the toilet ran constantly, patches on walls and paint chipping off doors, and the conditioner was empty. The front desk staff did nothing but take card and hand keys. There were flies in the food cabinet at the Starbucks. Not what I expected and will not be coming back. "
