"Stayed in this facility a few years ago in the summer on the first floor. There was a wedding and the noise was too loud to sleep past midnight . I forget this was the hotel so stayed there again in April. There was a wedding again. We were on third floor this time the noise was okay but it was very difficult to find parking. It also reminded me when I complained previously about the noise, they could have switched our room to another floor. Overall the staff were not enthusiastic to help and slow. Did pre-check in still waited very long to check in because the client before me had some trouble checking in. There was another staff at the time but she just didn’t help for some reason and left. The faculty is worn and feels sticky in the common areas."

"Staff doesn’t care about your needs Or discomfort. I asked for accommodation and i got a NO as answer with a : call Hotel.com for modifications. Will never stay there again. For the ones who smokes and likes privacy, it might not be best option here."

"Not at all worth of money I paid for one night. No hot water from the shower. When requested for the same, i got a respond stating no hot water, instead you need to prepare the same using the cattle for bath. In the next moring again reuqested for the same however by the time support staff came and finally decided to fix the issue, my check out time recahed. Not a good experience at all. Customer service is something requured imporvement."
