"Gangs of kids roamed the corridors making the elevators difficult to use as they called the elevator, but did not ride it. The kids were rude, vulgar, and obscene. That distracted us from a pleasantly designed hotel, the room with a seating area was a treasure. The proximity to the airport, the airport shuttle and the surrounding restaurants were good, shame about the guests."

"Our room was clean and staff friendly. Air conditioning worked. Hallways smelled awful - like damp and mouse poop. Elevator and ice machine out of order. The bed was a bit wobbly."

"The room was located 3 rd floor this was at the same level as the train. This room had a smoke smell as the guest smoke directly below outside. I have disability asked for assistance the front desk staff asked the porter he refused to help rejoined his conversation talking to the pilots . Terrible customer care."

"The shuttle service from the airport wa disgraceful. I waited 50 minutes. I asked for a wake up call which I did not get. The shuttle does not go at convenient times in the morning. The shuttle vehicle I doubt would pass a road test. The driver took back roads and was nearly able to keep it straight. I would not recommend this property for airport travel."
