"The Lobby is the best part. The outside looks like an old building compared to their head quarters sitting beside it. Outside could be less dated. It's 2026 the rooms could use some color and look more contemporary. The lobby looks contemporary not the rooms. Jacuzzi suite, nice Jacuzzi love the mirrors around it. Separate bedroom is great. Please make your rooms more modern and less dark and gloomy. The lady in the restaurant is rude and lack customer service. No I don't accept that the hotel and kitchen has two different managers. If something happens at the Monte Carlo I'm going to review it as monte Carlo. I sat there and she ignorwd me I left came back and asked for a spoon she snapped at me, not sure if she was racist or not I asked nicely. She then told me if you are not eating here you buy a spoon. Mind you I had a spoon and the housekeeping threw it away. I asked for the hotel manager and he via third party he asked what I want. So I told the person to tell the manager again that a paying customer needs to see him. He was sitting two seconds away in his office a Shame, he came no empathy no apologies he gave me utensils and said restaurant is not managed by the hotel. That's bad customer service. Hotel mark smoke free and signs say smoke free. Both customers and staff smoked infront of the door triggered my asthma. For those reasons I give it a three. Customers are who get you paid, never forget that. There were 2 friendly staff of everyone of them. Shame."
