"It was run down, needed repairs, and the should be ashamed to charge the rates they did for that place. As I went to check in, there was some inspector there saying this was the 3rd they had a violation. The next time would be a fine. No idea what that was about but it could've been any number of things. They had a water issue and had the water off for 2 hours trying fix it."

"The lobby was loud as guests were at the bar when I arrived at 9 pm. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a single king, great bed! Coffeemaker worked and it had a refrigerator. Perfect. The bathroom was a disabled bathroom… shower was difficult to adjust and I got water everywhere. The hot water was slow to reach temperature. Hated the bathroom. Everything else was good."

"I have being staying at this hotel for over a year, and frankly it has been a very good experience until last weekend checking was kind of long, it seems to me that the front desk people were stressed out, due to a new manager. I can only say that if the new manager starts to make changes that don't favor the costumers like me that I'm a loyal costumer, I'll just have to find another place, (Note) the staff are very nice people and the front desk are also, it may be just the new manager who may not be the right fit for this place. don't change things that are not broken. Infect make better."

"The hotel is under a highway and there is constant noise from the traffic. I was not able to get any sleep. Additionally, you can hear the upstair neighbors walking around and it sounds like they’re stomping. I believe this is a poor construction issue and not unruly behavior."
