"Going though a breakup and needed some time for myself. From the rooms to th amenities and the bike I rented….couldnt have been better"

"It was an okay stay. From the pictures of our room when booked, it showed a kitchenette. When we arrived, no kitchenette. I don’t like false advertising. The room was okay. We had little gnats and bugs in the room and that was not okay. Elevators not working. It was very noisy around the complex. We heard screaming from someone and yelling from the clean up staff throughout the property. Checking in was good. Check out efficient. It was an expensive stay for the quality of hotel. Very crowded probably due to a lot of people on vacation. "

"Everyone was very nice. Nice store by reception for snacks. Partial ocean view wasn’t great since the bed was so close to the window, there wasn’t a screen and people walked right by your bed. Toilet is practically touching the sink. "

"Wasn’t the hotel for us. Although staff was friendly enough and wanted to be accommodating they fell short. We’re celebrating my wife’s 40th and my daughter’s 15th birthday. They said they would do something special. Had to ask numerous times and nothing was done. The hotel pool was way smaller than pictures shown. Super busy. Couldn’t even find a chair. I get it spring break but for 1200 dollars very disappointed. Didn’t even get a Continental breakfast. The hotel is nice and maybe not during spring break is way better. Just not ask expected for the price. "

"Great location for PB. Easy to walk to the store, beach, and restaurants. Food and beverages staff at the resort were meh. Pool bar was never open. Front desk staff had the best customer service and were the most friendly. "
