"On June 13, 2026 i no longer felt safe, comfortable, or welcome at the Comfort Suites in Southfield, MI. I do not appreciate the Supervisor Tiffany on June 12, 2026 and how she handled this matter. This Company just like to embarass their guests is what i see. On June 12, 2026 i was getting ready to rebook my room because due to a situation i needed to be there until the end of June 2026. Before i could rebook the Supervisor Tiffany sent one of the housekeeping ladies upstairs to deliver a message. The housekeeping instead went to tell the other housekeeper "well she said pay" and or the employee started mumbling and sound like she said i had to leave or something. Instead of that housekeeping employee coming directly to me she stood there talking about it to the other housekeeping. I was standing there and that employee could've pulled me to the side. Furthermore. The Supervisor Tiffany should've been professional and called the room i was in to even see if i was rebooking the room which i told them i was anyway instead of discussing things with housekeeping. This was nothing more than an arrogant Supervisor letting her position go to her head. We just lost everything so i don't appreciate being treated this way."
