Im Wellnessbereich waren wir nicht, bei der Ankunft wurde uns allerdings mitgeteilt, dass der Zugang nicht im Preis enthalten sei und 20€ p.P. extra kostet. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them!
