" Nice balcony room. Some sewage smell. Hard to control AC. The worst though is checking in again May 26. EXTREMLy LOUD music from ground floor ball room. No ability of hotel to control the group occupying it. Even when front desk staff closed the door the group opened it. Band playing full noise level Even security personnel moved away from the hotel door. Saw same thing previous week with a wedding. Ridiculous. Stay clear of this hotel."

This time we spent ten days in Piatra Neamț and this hotel was exactly what we needed and expected. "This was my second time staying at Central Plaza Hotel in Piatra Neamț, and once again, I canā€™t fault them in any way. The hotel continues to impress us with its excellent service and thoughtful design. What we loved most was the room layoutā€”although itā€™s listed as a single hotel room, itā€™s cleverly divided into two separate spaces. This gave our 12-year-old daughter her own area and provided my spouse and me with the privacy we needed, making it feel more like a mini-apartment than a standard room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team was exceptional, keeping our room spotless with daily cleaning. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and convenience of the locationā€”everything we needed was just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Central Plaza Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Piatra Neamț! "
