After I showed him my receipt, he finally gave us our room. To make matters worse, a woman working there was incredibly rude. She actually made fun of me and laughed about the situation with the desk worker."

There's a text from hotel confirming pick up AND drop off TOTAL price $8 however they woke me up and called me downstairs to reception twice to tell this.
