"It was my worst hotel experience in my life. We agreed on airport pickup and dropoff service total of $8 and the next day they asked for 8 for each way Total of 16! There's a text from hotel confirming pick up AND drop off TOTAL price $8 however they woke me up and called me downstairs to reception twice to tell this.
