"Good place to stay inside Bintang Megamall. Walk in to the mall. Grand Deluxe room is cleen, cozy, and a lot of space. The online portal reservation system needs to be upgraded as it is only linked to unionpay which does not accept non-malaysian credit cards. Free parking in mall parking which is a little bit tricky and very long queue during busy time. Premium parking is available but for very premium cost. The rooms hall is sometimes smelly and moldy.
