"My room was very clean. The beds are perfect for a good night sleep. Shower is amazing power and size. Second stay at the hotel and i am very happy."

"Room was still dirty as in not vacuumed or floors washed or countertops unclean after finding long black hair in carpet multiple times on the tile floor and on top of the countertops. I accumulated what I found n left it with reception upon departure most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever experienced for a luxury spa for adults only Not acceptable!!AT ALL "
