"What makes the big difference here is Sandra, wonderful woman that takes care of every little detail of your stay here. The room is big, cozy, clean and comfortable. Located in the country of Mirano but not to far away from Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, gas station, you name it, and if you are planning to go to Venice (Venezia) the train station is close, you can drive or take the bus there. "This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island. The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am. I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one. The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient. "
