So we traveled a long way to stay at this property, not only was the lady who greeted us was disgustingly rude! The place was dirty with a urine stain on the mattress dirty sheets. She told us the last guests left the place dirty. When I called to report this issue to evolve they said they would reach out to the owner and days later I received a text saying how we were nasty just like her last guests. I would never recommend this place especially if you’re trying to enjoy your vacation a lot of money just for the room to be treated this way. She also went on a rant when we were checking in how she can’t stand when guests don’t speak English. The area is beautiful as for the customer service and having a peace of mind sleeping in any kind of cleanliness, this is not the property I would recommend.
