"Check in process went smooth but, did not realize until we got to our room that it was not the room I had booked. Asked for king size bed and ended up having a room with 2 double beds. This was not told to us at check-in. Also, note not all rooms have balconies. So will make sure next time we have a balcony as well. We called customer service and said someone would be in touch. "Too many hotels in this gated community for the small beach area! There was literally no where to sit on the beach! We left our RESORT for a less crowded PUBLIC beach. Room was clean. We also were not informed that you have to check in across the road at a different location. They do not allow motorcycles inside the gated area so we had to leave it where you check in. Parking is VERY tight!! Big vehicles will not fit."
