Oasis of hospitality and comfort in city center

Amazing service, Asian touch, high level of hospitality. I really liked the building design, lobby, public areas and rooms. Great spa with massage made by Chinese massagists. Breakfast and food quality is really good! Great choice of Chinese food items like dumplings, meats and so on. One of the best hotels I stayed in Minsk.

Благодарю руководство отеля за прекрасную организацию и уважительный персонал! Чувствуется забота о гостях во всем- от консьержа до массажиста. Особенно приятно, что нашли номер де люкс без запахов, что при моей аллергии очень важно. Поинтересовались , как номер. персональную благодарность прошу передать Денису, Ольге Билык. Хотелось бы, чтобы завтрак тоже был включен, хотя бы в некоторые тарифы номеров.

Room too hot - apparently a problem with HVAC, I was told to open my window (it's mid-January!). This was the only negative. Otherwise clean, food is good, and the service was fine.

硬件没问题，软件待加强

中国投资建设的酒店，无疑，很大气，符合中国人对5星酒店的预期。但毕竟是住酒店不是参观建筑，细节方面和传统5星酒店有差距。房间墙纸起泡，淋浴间玻璃胶施工水平太低，不仔细，中国工程队过来施工，速度有了，质量并不太高。不知道是不是明斯克相对落后的原因，明天后天分别住下万豪和希尔顿对比看下，对于建在欧洲的五星酒店，卫浴产品居然不是VB或类似品牌，浴室备品也不是大品牌，肥皂用起来很不舒服。电视节目，可以看两三个中文台，但主流的英语以及欧洲语言频道都没有，用了三星的电视，但居然不支持投屏发射。附带的中餐厅还可以，进了赌场我以为回到了10年前，就好像ps5都出了，给你玩儿小霸王的感觉。

Beautiful solution

Hotel is great, quite luxury and attentive personnel. The room are well equipped and the bed are really comfortable. Also the location is interesting, despite it is not really close to city center but the park all around give a nice feeling and relaxing opportunity. Breakfast is mostly Asian oriented.....but selection is ok.

Schönes Hotel. Ein wenig abgelegen (nicht ganz zentral) aber es war dennoch alles noch zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Badezimmer inkludierte eine Dusche sowie eine Badewanne.

Es gab Personal, vor allem an der Bar und auf der Terrasse, wo man das Gefühl hatte, es würde sie anpissen zu arbeiten ! Das war vor allem am Freitag der Fall ! Samstagspersonal war freundlicher und lächelte sogar ! Nur die Barmänner waren durch das Band etwas steif und lustlos ! Fast keine Mimik in den Gesichtern, geschweige denn ein Lächeln !

Nice pool, gym and yoga room. Breakfast is overpriced at $31/p. That's the highest in Minsk. Location is a 7, a bit far from the center
