"Excellent location, helpful, polite and friendly reception staff, particularly Zhanna. She upgraded us to a much more spacious business room the next day after we arrived. On the other hand, their pool was closed for technical reasons. Also, we didnt like it that rooms were cleaned late in the afternoon after we came back to rest from days activities."

The hotel itself is stunning, but the staff are the real standouts—they were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. My only minor critique is the breakfast; we found it wasn't competitive in price or value for money compared to the rest of the experience, so we only used it for one morning. Aside from that, it was a near-perfect stay!"

"The location of the house was excellent, truly outstanding. The house was clean; however, we did notice some small insects in the kitchen. It might be helpful if certain items (such as dishwasher tablets) were placed in more visible spots. The size and overall comfort of the house were also very good. Apart from the few points I mentioned, it is a place where you can feel peaceful and warm, just like at home. It is also very close to public transportation."
