"Most of our experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were kind and friendly. The cheese and crackers offered around 5–6 PM were delicious, and the breakfast delivery service was excellent. The room was clean and stylish, and the bed was comfortable. We spent most of our time in the room this stay, and it was easy to relax and unwind while watching TV. There was just one issue. On Friday night, the heavy bass music coming from the bar or restaurant downstairs was quite loud. It was strong enough that we could feel the floor slightly vibrating, and from what I remember, it didn’t stop until around midnight. We had already checked out by Saturday night, so we only know about Friday night, and this was the only disappointing part of an otherwise great stay."

"I stayed here to catch a flight at hector airport for the following morning plus I thought it would be something cool to do. The room was great! super clean, crisp sheets and plenty of towels. décor was minimal and edgy, LOVED IT! door and elevator access is by pin through online check in. I was unfortunately late to get food but I was able to get some drinks which I was able to bring up to my hotel room and enjoy. The staff is so friendly, I left my scarf and gloves at the bar and they delivered them to my room. The only downside was a train that would pass every 20-30 mins which is annoying but it does come with the territory and clearly stated on their website FAQ and other rating if you read them. "

"When we arrived we were told the building was no longer the Grand Inn and that it was for workers only and there were no rooms available. It was the address given when I booked online and was told it was no longer a Grand Inn. We had to find another hotel for our 4 days in Moorhead. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. I would like a refund as I believe my card was charged. I was told it used to be a Grand Inn, but it didn't look like the picture in the ad either. Upon entering, it would not have been an acceptable place -- dirty, noisy, not for a typical tourist at all."
