"I stayed here for two nights and unfortunately had a very poor experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, check-in took about 30 minutes because their entire system went down. To make matters worse, the lobby and hallways had no working air conditioning, which made the wait extremely uncomfortable. The room itself was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom tub was peeling and had visible mold, which is a serious cleanliness concern. The toilet was oddly installed sideways, making it awkward to use. The floors throughout the room were filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The air conditioner in the room was also an issue—it made a loud roaring noise every time it turned on, making it difficult to relax or sleep. I reported these problems and was told that a maintenance person was on site, but no one ever came to address any of the issues during my entire stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort were all lacking. I would not recommend staying here."

"Loud. Cars with honking locking doors right outside windows after 10pm. People being dropped off after parties with loud conversation outside of room at midnight. Free breakfast was pretty weak. Coffee tasted like water. But the staff all around was lovely!"

"This hotel is terrible. The elevator is not working, the driveway is broken apart. And the swimming pools were a cesspool of filthy water and garbage! I mentioned this to the manager and he said that everything was disclosed in their website! I checked and they have not been truthful. I couldn’t leave fast enough."

"The room had a mildew smell as soon as I opened the door. The floors had dirty stains on them. The towels had stains, the pillows had holes.The check in staff was friendly. I went to Walmart and got supplies to clean the room, towels and pillowcases.There was not an option to switch hotels near me. "

"Not as new as photos made it look - at all. This is an old motel. Also, not as large as pictures. Overall, pretty run down for the Best Western name. Not what I expected from Best Western - the reason I trusted it. More in line with an outdated Super 8. The only part I would give 5 star is the back lit vanity mirror which was spotless too. Tub had no traction and was super slick. Shower curtain was white and a little dingy. Bedding was white and looked old and dingy. The pillows on the king bed were about 12" square (2 per person). King beds need king pillows - or at least 4 standard minimum. These tiny pillows were crazy. Roll over, and you fall off the pillow. Door had an old rusted chain security lock. Carpet was blue and hid the dirt but had a dirty "feel" to it. No "do not disturb" sign. I noticed one person had put a home-made sticker on their door for that. Outside: 2-story "motel". Concrete cracked and stained. Everything needs a good pressure wash and things in general need an update that just paint won't fix. Paid $350 per night for a normally $80 room (about what its worth) because of special event weekend every month they jack up the prices. At check-in, although friendly, they said if you want more towels, etc. you have to come get them because "we are short staffed"."
