"마운틴 콘도는 곤돌라 탑승에 편리한 위치이고 객실이 넓어서 여유로운 점, 객실 내 기기들이 비교적 최근에 교체되어 깨끗하고 특히 TV는 상당히 대형이어서 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 내 전자레인지가 없고 각 동에 1개 층에 2개로 공용 사용인 점은 몹시 아쉬웠습니다. 최소한 1개 층에 1개씩이라도 비치했으면 합니다. 체크인/아웃도 앱에서 진행할 수 있고 객실 키 없이 비밀번호만으로 출입 가능한 점 등도 편리했습니다."

"I’ve been a loyal guest for 20 years, but the unfriendliness of the hotel staff has remained unchanged. The front desk staff consistently behave like government officials. Even though the hotel was nearly empty today, they gave us twin beds instead of a double bed, despite our request, so we had to sleep apart like a separated family.
