"Appreciated an upgrade to a room with a mountain view which I had paid for after first being placed in a non view room. Rooms could use a clock, a tea offering, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and bath soap accessible to tub not just in shower, for openers. Breakfast was good on weekends not so much weekdays. Had a pretty good massage and facial and sauna and swim. 6 day visit was mixed with other hits and misses."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable.
The breakfast was fresh and there are an adequate amount of variety to choose from.
The service was outstanding, and it was clear that the team works hard to ensure guests have a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

"Good hotel, amenities are very good I stayed twice during my trip. I requested airport transfer and all was coordinated and on time. Housekeeping service good, room service 24 hours. Restaurants have good food Ecuadorian choices and a little bit of everything, wait staff was great. Over all a great experience and I loved the price for my reservations that was a reason why I booked with them and really met my expectations. I’ll be back to Hotel Finlandia. "
