"They gave me a room with no AC charge me for it. I tried to get my money back. They refused to give it back. The hotel is awful. I wouldn’t stay there. Don’t waste your money. They tried to convince me as an adult that a room said at 60 when I walked in was at 80° to my knowledge and lied and lied and said no no no it’s set right it’s perfect. Everything‘s fine until finally they gave me another room but charge me and charge my credit card and lied to Expedia and did not refund my money."

"The hotel is dirty! The carpet looks so aged and dirty! The rooms need deep cleaning, there were hair and dirty sarong the bed that were touching the walls. The room was ok clean! Not what I expected from Best Western Plus, disappointed! However, the 2 morning staff we had interactions with were amazing. Not sure what the gentleman’s name at check out was but he was so friendly and would probably put a smile on a person that was upset! The lady that was working the breakfast also drove the shuttle to the airport! She’s was extremely nice and helpful."

"The bathroom I had in my room had an issue with mold and the ventilation for it was not great. The door also had to be forced closed. The sheets has some issues with bleach stains but I didn’t have any bug or cleanliness issues. The TV wasn’t as updated as I had hoped which is fine. Breakfast times weren’t amazing but it was nice, thé pool was especially nice, I just wished there was a skimmer because of how many dead bugs there were in it. The hotel itself is conveniently located to a lot of basic necessities. Overall it was fairly nice"
