"Room was clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge and a great bed. I appreciated the toiletries, but the scents were kind of meh. The room needs more hooks for towels to dry (to be fair this seems to be a problem at 95% of hotels). Biggest complaint was lack of functioning outlets for chargers—at least 2 of the ones provided didn’t work. And, the air unit was pretty loud. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially the valets. Above and beyond what I’ve experienced elsewhere, and much appreciated."
