"Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend."

"I recently stayed at Potawatomi Casino & Hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the city. What stood out most was the customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. The casino floor had a great atmosphere with plenty of gaming options, and the restaurants offered excellent food and service. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway, entertainment, or just a night away, I would definitely recommend Potawatomi Casino & Hotel and look forward to returning in the future."

"Room lacked an Ironing Board and when we asked for one it did not get delivered before we had to leave for the day. There was either no exaust fan in the bath room or it was not working, so the bath room stayed very steamy after showers. Sad to not have a Hot Tub, and pool was quit cool. The property is nice, but they lack the normal things one gets with stays."
