"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. The staff could not do enough especially Steph who sourced some information on the history of the manor for me to read. The food was superb, lunch, dinner and breakfast were all lovely.
