"Hotel was in a great location. All staff was friendly and helpful. The road noise was loud in the rooms. Tv was extremely difficult to figure out and use. The bartender (Candy) in the lobby was super friendly and helpful. "

"There was so much hair throughout the room and sheets. When we got into bed, we had so much hair all over us and wrapping around us. It was the grossest thing. The “stash room” has the towels and wash cloths. They also had hair on them. The wall had stains in the bathroom. They warned us that they were short-staffed for cleaning. We were grossed out by how unclean it was. I did disinfect and clean what I could. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you don’t care about cleanliness. The staff downstairs was so great that it was hard to complain. They were very welcoming and pleasant. "

"There should be advise about where to find grass for the dogs. A block away. When I returned through garage, no note was on door saying it was locked and needed key. I pried it open, dogs walked through and it closed on my dog leash. Very very dangerous, no signage(despite what desk said) An arrest in the lobby, 5 men, just...unpleasant. I won't return. "
