"The room was great. Everything was clean and in order. The bed was very nice and the air temperature was excellent! The location is perfect; close to the Orpheum as well as the FedEx Forum. Our only complaint was the people next door were too loud between 2 and 3am and woke us up."

"My room was clean and smoke-free. I stayed there two days and didn't realise the refrigerator was hiding in the TV stand until I was getting ready to check out. I guess I should have asked LOL. The pool was open and people were using it. The complementary breakfast was well stocked with various breakfast items. The staff was friendly and check in and out was quick and easy. When using the internet in my room, I had to turn off my laptop pop-up blocker to sign in. There is a pop up that prompts for the internet password."
