"Parking was easy, the lady checking us in was super friendly. The breakfast was normally out by certain time and not replenished. And there were definitely roaches in our room at night when the lights were off. we had to shine a flashlight to go to the bathroom. That would be my main negative but it is nice there's no pet fee."

"I arrived at 5:30 to check into a room with a 3:00 check in. The room was not ready. The front desk staff told me it would "be a while" and she would call me when it was ready. I was traveling with 4 minors. When I still didn't have a room at 6:30, I asked to cancel and made other arrangements. They are refusing to refund money. The hotel told expedia the room was ready at 4:30. It was a lie and expedia did nothing to confirm and refused to stand behind the customer. Never again expedia and never again best western. "

"Holly at check in was great!!! We travel through here every year for the flea across Florida yard sale and stayed here last year. She was also great then and remembered us. From there it went downhill. The shower didn’t have enough pressure to even rinse the soap out of my hair, air conditioner was set on 63 and still hot, we went down for breakfast and sat our coffee on a table and it was so wobbly the coffee spilled all over. There was no staff manning the breakfast bar and no staff offered to help give things to clean it up much less help. The tables had not been wiped off and there was syrup spilled on one of the benches. Probably will not stay here again next year. "
