"I made reservations online from the US through Travelocity. Upon arriving at the hotel, they could not locate my reservation. After almost 30 minutes, they stated that they could not honor the rate I was charged and for which I had paid Travelocity already and tried to charge me more. "They didn't have the room booked. They proposed me the president suite. But for this price you can find better places. It's old, the water was running from the shower non stop. The place is dirty."
