Brand new room on the fourth floor. Free bottled water anytime. Super customer service. The handicapped accessible room on the first floor desperately needs upgrades to the bathroom. I changed rooms after the first night.

Room was ok overall, however; no hot water in shower, no soap in the three wall mounted soap/shampoo/body wash dispensers. Fortunately I had extra bar soap and it was just a over night stay.
