"Clear, comfortable and well appointed room. Very friedly & helpful desk staff. Some strong security [some iffy--ie adjoining building & Italian restaurant had "security door" requiring room key but secuirty door wouldn't close. Nice little bar & cafe with a small menu but some nice varity. Interesting drink specials. Seemed like variety of drink options. "

"This was a convenient stay for us while visiting family in the area, and a good value compared to others in the area. Happy that they had laundry facilities. Complimentary coffee was not half bad! Bathroom is small. Fitness room has no WiFi or cell signal. Both of those are minor things though. Staff was super friendly and helpful."

"I travel to this area for work and as a woman, I felt safe in this hotel both the parking and my room. My room was just steps to the lobby and eating area. This hotel is a great deal as it has the privacy and anonymity (if you want it) of a hotel, but the ambience of a B & B. If you want a bit of a homelike atmosphere, this is your place. Also all the staff I encountered at the front desk were delightful and I have stayed at other Classic Hotels. This is my new "go to" for the Farmington/Avon area. I will be back!"
