"A very good hotel with air con and a lift. Location was central and had ample parking. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choice and dinner was very good on the first night but disappointing steaks on the following night. Would recommend staying here."

"We had been driving all day and Landed quite late in the evening a group of six with two been kids The manager went out of his way to sort some food out for all of which was a task on its own for him as we have fussy eaters. I would like to thank him and the other stafff for such a welcome and making our stay memorable. I would and will return here for a long weekend as our stay was only for the night as we was driving to spain. But what a find. "

"The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations - but I want to particularly thank the lady behind the desk on the night we arrived. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, helpful with dining recommendations and kind enough to store some things of ours in the hotel fridge when we realized there was no fridge in the room. A really pleasant stay in a fascinating little town. No lift to the rooms, so folks with difficulties with stairs may have issues."
