"We had a wonderful little getaway to the mountains at The Lodge at Flat Rock. The thoughtful extras made our stay feel so special, from the note and chocolates left on our bed to the complimentary snack and drink basket left in the kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was excellent—especially the fresh fruit—and the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Our favorite part was the outdoor gathering areas surrounded by natural beauty, which made for the perfect place to relax. We can’t wait to return!"

"Excellent pet friendly hotel. Lovely views of the mountains around. Helpful and courteous staff. Paid breakfast however it’s good. Short drive to downtown and River Arts District. The carpet in the room was a bit sticky, would be good if that’s something you could look into. Overall had a great stay. "

"Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind."

"My husband and I stayed here and wow..what a gorgeous hotel. Our room was very large clean and quiet. We enjoyed the cozy lobby with a cocktail at night and breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again! ❤️"
