Our room had a balcony with a view of the river and square which was a great way to unwind.

"New hotel Opened 1st April
2026 so everything is fresh and new. Helpful friendly staff and a bar/ cafe was useful.
The hotel is outside the city centre in a commercial district but because it is so new taxi drivers did not know where it was. They need to get themselves on the map!
One other issue was the train stop although very close, 5 mins, it was not easily accessible. A rough path just made by passengers."

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "
