Ac/heat unit sounded like a helicopter landing in the room, no plug in bathroom sink-open drain-, 2” gap at bottom of bedroom door to hallway, room was next to outside door which banged shut constantly-no regulator. Very limited breakfast. Ice machines broken on all but 3rd floor
