"Our room was clean and cool. The other room i booked had a broken air conditioner and my other family members were hot. The shower was great and the water pressure was wonderful. The bed was comfy The smoke smell in lobby and restaurant iilunpleasant but our floor and.room were fine"

"No daily cleaning service which was now communicated prior to. We ended up with two cockroaches in the room (thankfully on the last day). Some of the pools seemed to have a film - possibly from sunscreen - so it didn’t look clean. Otherwise good resort."
