"Front desk person was unpleasant and unhelpful. Not rude, but not a people person one would expect in the position. The room was clean but sparse. Heat AC worked fine. Soap was ok, but almost empty. Body wash was empty. I didn't use the shampoo. TV had very few working channels, many more listed, but didn't appear. No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, small sink when little space for such. Parking was ample and area clean. "

"The staff that answered the phone prior to our arrival were somewhat rude when we inquired about a fee that was not listed in our reservation details. Simple question was asked with a cold, stern response. Front desk young man was very kind when he welcomed us. When we approached our room the door was open which was odd. The bar for hanging clothes was on the entry way table with all of the plastic hangers scattered next to it. It smelled like chinese food as if someone had just ate in the room. Linen was not as comfortable as I would prefer. TV was old and all of kids channels didnt have sound which was frustrated; we have a 4yr old. We didnt eat at the restaurant there but there are plenty of food spots in the area. Overall it wasnt bad just small issues that could be improved on. "

"The floors we're so dirty that after you took a shower and walked from the bathroom to the bed.The bottom of your feet were black. Your website lists that they have amenities, such as continental breakfast.They had no breakfast, no rlno coffee.They offered a granola bar. The ice machine never worked and our first 2 nights staying here there was some type of flood or pipe burst upstairs. So we weren't even able to flush the toilet. The police were here multiple times a day, every day. The staff was very friendly and did their best with what they had. Overha, this place needs to be updated.The pictures on the website are nothing.What the room is look like. "
