"Loved the apartment, it was clean, smelt fresh, great bed & bedding. Fantastic staff who were available 24hrs if needed. My only recommendation, is remember your USB socket, I forgot mine! There were no usb plugs in the apartment, I stayed in and not available when I asked. That was on me for forgetting, although feel its worth a mention. "This review is not about the property. I'm sure it would have been delightful if we were able to go. This review is about Expedia. Sadly our timing was during a natural disaster of severe storm Daniel and the area becoming highly destroyed. I attempted to contact Expedia to discuss the issue for a rebooking somewhere else via something other than their virtual chat, as that was not working. There was no other means of communicating with Expedia that was offered in order to address this issue. It would be my expectation that Expedia would be aware of various natural disasters taking place around the properties they are promoting. Expedia not once reach out to us to let us know that this would have been an issue."
