"Very outdated and old. Was in winter and ac was plumbed through the wall outside and cold air was freely coming in….there for sports and just yogurt and cereal for breakfast….disappointed….wont be staying again…."

"This is an older property close to the old downtown. Even though it's walking distance to the river walk and some downtown restaurants, next time I'm in Peace River, I'd stay up the hill in the newer area near the shopping district. The room was clean, but dark. Curtains hanging off the window. Bathroom small. Breakfast at Ricky's was a nice value add and the server was lovely. She was working hard and we made sure to give her a nice tip. We did ask for a different room when we checked in as the original room we were assigned was through a series of doors, down a set of stairs and difficult to negotiate with luggage. We did not use the lounge or other amenities in the hotel."
