Staff was good. Hotel is nice and modern. Location is 10 min walk from Central Station with plenty of restaurants nearby. Walls are paper thin so you can hear 4 other rooms, wifi was poor in room. Bathroom was very small.

Overall services are good, except one front desk lady has poor attitudes toward client. We stayed in 2 floor, but entire 3 floor is under renovation , works starts at 7am, if we have information about renovation, we would not have chosen this hotel. The heating system is the worse, it either over heated at 25c degree or shut down for 1 hour around 6am, my daughter got sick due to this unstable heating system. Would not recommend to anyone.
