Super close to everything. Clean and comfortable. Large space for luggages. Felt safe. Large building with special key access, so not everyone can go inside. AC nice and cold on hot days. Super helpful customer service, until 11 pm. Forgot key in room (realized this at 10:30 pm) and they were there in 20 minutes to help us get in the room. Wish there was laundry detergent. I will stay here again!

Great location, but not enough beds. We rented the 2 bedroom, and it only had a twin and queen bed. Sofa bed is not good for sleeping on. Communication with hotel manager was difficult. Can’t beat the location!

The two women concierge were incredibly helpful, the room and bathroom was beautiful, bed was so comfortable, and we felt very safe! Location is wonderful right near the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again and tell all our friends to do the same!

The team was excellent at communicating. A great modern apartment in the heart of the duomo and shopping district.. No need to travel further, all of the great Milan icons were in walking distance

We received our room in poor condition. When we got to the hotel they told us there was another guest in the room. They did not clean the apartment. The apartment was given dirty. The vent were full of dust, the AC blowing the dust off into the air causing me and my family to suffer with asthma and allergies. I sent an email to the hotel and they did not try to help the situation. They told me if I want a late check out to pay $25 and they charged me. We left early and did not process the refund as of yet.

The location was simply stellar. Right at the heart of shopping and near the Duomo and Galleria. The apartment itself was luxurious with AC, internet, comfortable furniture/beds, a big shower, and a perfect layout for our family of 4. The views of Milan were also amazing, and the floor to ceiling windows were incredible. We were so fortunate to stay here.

No spare capacity!

As we landed in Milan we were informed there was a problem with one of the apartments and we were arbitrarily chosen to suffer the consequences by having to move every 2 nights. On one occasion the incoming guests were also staying 6 nights but we had to move, rather than them going to a smaller apartment - discrimination?

Not worth the hassle …

Not what o booked . Was given another property , by force of nature, i communicated with them since checkin with an electricity flaw , they did not bother to reply . I told them i was only going to stay for one night as my 3 kids did not sleep well , electricity kept dropping in the night . No one bothered to asnwer . I left first thing next morning , left messages and email , no one bothered to answer . They could have done so much better , can’t understand their service mentality, Still waiting to hear from them for the refund of the night we did not use .

Con dificultad al llegar ya que no recibo código de acceso pero el conserje me ayudó con una llamada y se solucionó muy fácil, al piso le faltaba limas limpieza, HUbo in costo extra (no reportado previamente) por hacer check in por internet, innecesario ya que son departamentos y no hay como tal un área de recepción, ni Quien te espere, es llegada autónoma.
