RB&B-Erfahrung

Schlüssel muss man vorab weit weg abholen. Den Koffer kann man vorher auch nicht vor Ort abstellen, weil kein vor-Ort-Service. "Industrielles" RB&B (ohne Breakfast), also nicht Gast bei Einheimischen. Musste aus logistischen Gründen am Abreisetag mein Gepäck mit mir schleppen, weil die Zentrale für mich ungünstig gelegen war. Insgesamt korrekt, wenn man das Kleingedruckte liest.

Pura enganação!!

Além de não ser o que selecionei no aplicativo, ( queria um hotel) cheguei não tinha ninguém esperando, com 3 malas tinha que buscar a chave a 39 min do local, fui cobrada e ainda não contabilizou à noite no aplicativo. Foi a pior experiência desta viagem!! Pessimo

Die Lage,absolut perfekt!Oberflächig sauber,Im Schrank lag noch ein benutztes T Shirt vom Vorgänger.Das Bettzeug war nur mit Lagen überdeckt und die eigentliche Decke vergilbt. Habe nur die Lagen zum Zudecken benutzt.Die Klobürste sollte dringend erneuert werden.

Problem at check out

We were accused for a damage of the property after check-out by Email. It needed intensive discussions with Hotline, in which they understand that they wrongly blamed us. Very unprofessional. Even though the property was fine, we would not choose Italianway again because of the staff's unprofessional attitude.
