"We were very happy with everything. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Hotel is nice and new. The only issue is the hotel is hard to find. Don’t follow google maps route, if you’re walking from the train station. It will take you around the block and double or triple the distance. Take a right when exiting the train station and then turn left on Fabio Filzi. You will then see a sign on the sidewalk that will direct you right to go to the hotel. The hotel is off the street by about 50 meters. "

"Appreciated kind staff, good plumbing, quiet, clean, comfortable bed,1 mile walk to central train station, great breakfast, kettle, room phones. Concerns would be small shower stall leaking on to floor, lack of counter space for bathroom items, mini-cooler full of for sale items, room temperature, weak wifi so not suitable for remote work. With my 1st stay, they made several attempts to get me to take a smaller room than the one I'd paid for. I finally got the size I'd booked."

Marie Elyse was so kind at check-in to surprise us with an upgrade to a better room that had become available for the night. Amazing! You are 100 meters away from the Duomo and from the Galleria Vittoria Emanuele, as well as tons of other shopping and dining options. Really amazing hotel, would definitely recommend it and will stay here again if ever in Milan."
