Quando ho prenotato (e mi hanno dato conferma anche per telefono) nella prenotazione era incluso un parcheggio non custodito dell'hotel e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno spiegato che la sosta era solo di 30 min... Mi son sentita presa in giro sinceramente vista la rilevanza del parcheggio a Milano e visto che per telefono la questione tempo non era stata minimamente sollevata, mentendo al cliente. Pareti sottilissime, si sentiva qualsiasi rumore da altre camere e pure dalla reception/atrio... Molto brutto

Værste nogensinde

Vi bliver adskillelige gange vækket i løbet af natten pga der går mennesker rundt på gangen og larmer og skændes.Vi blev desuden også vækket af at nogen tog fat i vores dørhåndtag 5 om morgenen, hvilket var en meget ubehagelig følelse og angstfremkaldende. Receptionisten virkede egentlig ret ligeglad omkrinh at dette kunne ske og udviste ingdn forståelse for den frygt, bekymring og mangwl på søvn vi har oplevet i løbet af natten. Sengene giver dårlig ryg, og man kan høre alt gennem væggene. Desuden står der på hotela hjemmeside at der gratis parkefing til rådighed men ved ankomst blev vi bedt om at betale 10 euro for parkering. Uacceptabelt da vi netop valgte hotellet udelukkende pga gratis parkering.

The 2 men who work during the day are extremely rude and demanding. Was told check in is at noon we arrived only to get screamed at that we should’ve arrive at 3pm. We were not told there heat was “broke” had to ask for extra blankets and wear jean to sleep. It’s extremely loud

Amazing small place.

Just an amazing stay. This is a bit odd hotel, where you have reception at the top floor. So if you have heavy bags (like I did) better leave them with someone at the entrance. Cause I was travelling aloneamd for a day only, I booked only single room. Which of course was small, but you'll understand this then you arrive at the Riomaggiore. Everything there is very packet, but it's amazing experience. The owner, as I understood, came all the way down from reception (my room was no1) and showed around everything. Really nice touch, then most hotels they barely stand up from the chair these days. Great stay, Grazie.

Gloomy atmosphere... they took us to a "privacy" door to the basement, which is kinda scary. The room seemed to be a room they use once a year. The window view is a door (of course, you're in the basement) : this hotel needs full renovation, the equipments are probably from post-WW II. However, the service was OK. Not the most considerate but ok.

de forma geral BOA mas percebe-se que o staff não tem bastante treinamento para atender hóspedes pois, são pouco simpáticos, não se preocupam em nada com os hóspedes, só respondem o que lhes perguntado. Me deram um quarto no subsolo onde funcionavam todos os sistemas operacionais do hotel com isso os funcionários conversavam entre eles de madrugada, ligavam forno com timer 6 da manhã, subiam e desciam a escada , tudo isso sem ter a mínima preocupação conosco. Banheiro chega a ser RIDÍCULO com um box de 0,50x0,50 , tive que tomar banho com o box aberto . Uma camareira para 30 quartos, ser sorte o seu quarto será limpo. Estacionamento na rua e o hotel te cobra €15 por dia, parece piada mas é verdade, eles tem um local demarcado próprio na rua... NÃO VALE O CUSTO BENEFÍCIO

Abbiamo prenotato una doppia con letti singoli e ci hanno assegnato una singola con un letto ad una piazza e mezza!!! La stanza era al piano terra tra la reception e l'ingresso principale, quindi molto rumorosa, nel bagno non ci si poteva girare, nella doccia si poteva stare solo in piedi talmente era stretta!! Al mattino abbiamo lamentato questa condizione ed il titolare molto arrogante ci ha detto che la camera è considerata una doppia... Giudizio negativo per tutto

Hôtel très bien situé, à 10 min en bus de l'aéroport Linate, à 15 min à pieds du centre historique. Plusieurs bus et trams directs pour le centre. Gare (Dateo) à 5 min à pieds avec 3 lignes de trains directs pour l'expo universelle. Quartier proche de tout, avec les commerces de proximité nécessaires, supermarchés, pharmacies, restaurants; shopping, parc sans être un coin à touristes. Hôtel simple, très propre, climatisé, WiFi, bon accueil. Très bon rapport qualité/prix
