DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE!! We landed in Milan with young family after a long red eye and had a horrible experience. First it was almost impossible to get hold of anyone at this place to find out how to get in. Finally when my wife was able to get a WhatsApp number we were able to connect….only to be told that our reservations had been cancelled and we should contact Expedia for any questions!!! Unreal, we were literally stranded on the street, in Milan, with luggage and kids wondering “now what!!” Contacted Expedia and they had no luck contacting the property either, and could NOT find an alternative accommodation nearby, so offered a refund. Great, now I’m on the sidewalk in Milan looking for a hotel desperately!
Luckily was able to get something close by but landed up paying a lot. Expedia has offered to pay the difference, but this was a nightmare!! BEWARE before you book this scam place.
